Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WOS Assistant (the “Service”), operated by the WOS Assistant team. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This is not legal advice.

1. Not affiliated with the game

WOS Assistant is an unofficial, fan-made companion for Whiteout Survival. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game’s developers or publishers. All game names, trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate any law or a third party’s rights. The Service only uses the public, signed player-info API and does not circumvent the game’s anti-cheat systems; you agree not to use it to do so.

4. Game data accuracy

The Service provides calculators, planners and reference data as a convenience. While we work to keep the data accurate, it is provided “as is” and may be incomplete or out of date as the game changes. Decisions you make in-game based on the Service are your own.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change with notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s own software, design and original written content are owned by the operator. Game-related names, data and imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for informational, fan-companion purposes.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g. hosting, payments, AI, authentication, advertising). Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the WOS Assistant team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
